La Cala de MIjas

La Cala de Mijas is a picturesque typical Andalusian village situated on the Costa del Sol. It was originally a fishing village, with 30 fishermen’s cottages. It is located between the towns of Marbella and Fuengirola in the province of Malaga, close to the urbanisation of Calahonda.  It has a warm embracing village atmosphere and is pleasant to while away a few hours, walking along the boardwalk, refreshing at a chiringuito and eating a meal at one of its many good restaurants.
